Guidelines for Alternative Assignment for Pre-Approved Missed Performances
Handwritten (not word-processed) make-up report must be pre-arranged with the director for an appropriate topic. This is not a PUNISHMENT, but should be viewed as a replacement learning opportunity for the music experience missed. Written assignments should be three (3) to five (5) pages—handwritten and single-spaced. The more complete the research, the higher the grade. This grade will replace the failing grade given for the missed performance. All make-up reports must be prepared outside of the choir class. PLAGERISM will not be tolerated and will result in further disciplinary action.
Bibliography: Cite four (4) sources…. While there is plenty of information online, you must use at least one (1) book as a source.
Due Date: To be determined by Mr. D
A different report shall be submitted for each performance missed!
